Most students complete their LR training in 1–3 sessions depending on prior driving experience. We schedule sessions to suit your availability — contact us to discuss your situation.
No. You only need a valid C (car) licence held for at least 12 months. Our instructors start from the very basics and build your confidence progressively.

Frequently Asked Questions — HR Licence

HR covers the widest range of commercial vehicles used daily in Australian industry — from bulk tippers and crane trucks to large rigid freighters. It's the sweet spot of versatility and employer demand.
In most states, training and assessing on an air-braked vehicle as part of your HR test automatically grants you the air-brake endorsement. We train on air-brake equipped vehicles — our team will advise on your specific state's requirements.
Our HR first-attempt pass rate is consistently above the national average. We attribute this to thorough pre-test preparation, experienced instructors and realistic practice routes that mirror actual assessment conditions.
